We want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
